So, here's an update on this for my friends who don't speak/read swedish, living in Japan, Europe and US, who found the link on my facebook-site and wondered about what it was all about.
My problems are mostly lazyness, I like bad food and bad drinks to much whos combination leads to results that you find around my waist. Then I got an offer i couldn't resist. Being overweight I said OK and here we are now. I get the physical and mental help i need and on my part I will blogg about it. I have been on this health journey for just over 2 weeks now. I have a Personal Trainer who helps me with the weightlifting 2 times a week and i do walktraing/jogging 3 times a week. My diet right now is a mix of "normal" healthy food and special healthfood substitutions bought at the training centre. And, no booze for the moment. It is an individual program in which I together with the Personal Trainer Åsa Carlsson at Nordic Club (nordicclub.se) sets the goals and pace.
Up to yesterday i have had a weightloss of -6,5 kg for the first 2 weeks and 2 days. Still a very long way to go before i am finished, but i feel confident that it will work this time.
I will try to give some updates in english every now and then.
